Cosway Experience Centre Grand Launch

Cosway’s first-ever flagship Experience Centre was recently launched on 15th September 2017 at Lower Ground Concourse, Berjaya Times Square. The Experience Centre is a part of Cosway’s re-branding strategy aimed to attract a younger crowd and provide its customers a refreshingly new retail shopping experience.

The modern and spacious store showcases Cosway’s extensive range of Health & Wellness, Beauty, Personal Care, Home Care, Home & Living and Food & Beverage products in 8 lifestyle-themed experiential zones. These zones are well-equipped with interactive kiosks, demonstration units and diagnostic machines to provide information on Cosway’s products and their benefits. The ceremony was officiated by YB Dato’ Henry Sum Agong, the Deputy Minister of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism and Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Vincent Tan, founder of Berjaya Corporation Berhad, with 400 Cosway local and international business leaders, influencers and guests who witnessed the grand launch. “Since 2016, Cosway started to re-brand, re-engineer and re-invent its business model to reach out to new younger generation consumers. Cosway seeks to empower consumers both online and offline and the Experience Centre can do just that,” Tan Sri Vincent Tan said.

A ballet performance and interactive flash mob dance then took place as VIPs were ushered to the Experience Centre for ribbon cutting and tour of the Experience Centre.

Concourse Setup and Activities

 

 

 

   

 

The Concourse’s area setup consisted of Cosway logo light box, story wall, Personal Care, Health & Wellness and Home & Living booths. These booths were made to showcase some of Cosway’s best selling products, as well as to serve as beautiful backdrops for photography purpose.

 

 

 

Second round of interactive flash mob dance took place much to the delight and excitement of the crowd!

The Concourse activities and games also included Health talks, Wheel of Fortune, Question and Answer, Makeup Challenge, Loop Cosway’s Products as well as Guess Guess Guess that got the crowd entertained.

 

 

 

 

 

Tea Break

Guests were treated to a variety of delicious local and international finger food and drinks during the tea break.

 

 

 

The evening ended with a fun, spectacular performance by Cosway’s own Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs, Mr. Winson Gene Ong who got the crowd singing, dancing and clapping along to his rendition of old time hits.
