On 4 May 2026, Cosway (M) Sdn. Bhd. was honoured to welcome enforcement officers from the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDNKSH) for an official visit and engagement session at the Cosway Experience Centre (CEC).

The visit reflected the importance of continuous collaboration between Cosway and regulatory authorities in strengthening ethical business practices and consumer confidence within the direct sales ecosystem.

During the session, the delegation was guided through several specialised sections within the CEC, providing practical exposure to Cosway’s operational standards, product governance, and compliance practices across various business categories, including:

The visit, attended by approximately 15 enforcement officers from Putrajaya, Wilayah Persekutuan, and Negeri Sembilan, formed part of a “Lawatan Naziran” involving operational exposure, inspection procedures, and document verification processes.

The engagement also served as a valuable platform for mutual sharing, learning, and strengthening understanding between enforcement authorities and Cosway.
