| 1. | The staycation validity period of this e-voucher is: 17 July – 29 December 2023 |
| 2. | This e-voucher is for a TWO (2) days, ONE (1) night stay at *selected Berjaya Hotels/Resort only and does NOT include breakfast. |
| 3. | This e-voucher must be used for a single booking and cannot be split between bookings. |
| 4. | This e-voucher is for ONE (1) room for TWO (2) persons. |
| 5. | This e-voucher is not transferable, not refundable, and not redeemable for cash. |
| 6. | Room reservations must be made at least SEVEN (7) days in advance; a confirmation slip will be provided upon successful booking of the room. Rooms are subject to availability. |
| 7. | Blackout dates may apply to seasonal periods, such as school holidays, public holidays and special event periods. |
| 8. | A confirmation slip must be presented upon check-in and the name on the confirmation slip must match the name of the person present at check-in. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if a confirmation slip is not presented upon check-in. |
| 9. | Once confirmed, bookings cannot be amended. The e-voucher used for the booking will also be voided in the case of a no-show. |
| 10. | The FREE staycation will be void if the product is returned within 10 working days from the date of purchase (as per the current company’s guidelines). |
