Terms and Conditions:
| 1. | ORGANISER AND ELIGIBILITY Peraduan Merdeka MALBATT x Cosway (“Contest”) is organised by COSWAY (M) SDN BHD and is open to all Cosway Members and Non-Members, eCosway IBOs and VIP Shoppers with a valid membership residing in Malaysia and Singapore aged 18 and above, except all employees of Cosway, their affiliates and/or their related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families. |
| 2. | CONTEST PERIOD The Contest commences from 1 July 2023 to 31 July 2023 (“Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified. |

| 4. | PRIZES 1 pair of MALBATT Gala Premiere Tickets & Cosway e-voucher worth RM20* (x15 winners) *With min. spend RM50 |
| 4.1 | Members are eligible to win only One (1) prize throughout the Contest Period. |
| 4.2 | Winners are required to send a direct message (DM) with their full name, contact number and email address to Cosway Malaysia’s Facebook/Instagram at least 1 working day before the Gala Premiere date. |
| 4.3 | Winners will need to follow the instructions in the DM in order to collect or redeem their prize. Winners are required to answer a simple question and sign the letter of acknowledgement when claiming the prize. |
| 4.4 | The Gala Premiere will be held on 8 August 2023, 8pm, at IOI City Mall, Putrajaya. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses incurred when participating in the Contest and to redeem the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. |
| 4.5 | COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to change the announcement date of winners at its absolute discretion. All winners shall claim their prizes within the period determined by COSWAY (M) SDN BHD upon the announcement of winners. Should the winner fail to claim the prize before the Gala Premiere date, COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to forfeit the prize or award the prize to another participant or winner. |
| 4.6 | COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value without any prior notice. |
| 4.7 | The decision of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD on all matters related to this Contest shall be final and binding. No correspondence, queries or appeals in respect of any decision of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD will be entertained. |
| 4.8 | COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to reject entries which are incomplete, illegible, disfigured or submitted after the deadline. |
| 5. | GENERAL |
| 5.1 | COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will supersede the existing Terms and Conditions with immediate effect. |
| 5.2 | By participating in this Contest, Winners agree to allow Cosway and its subsidiaries alike to use their image(s) for marketing purposes. |
| 5.3 | By participating in this Contest, Winners agree to be bound by the Contest Terms and Conditions and the decisions of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD. |
| 5.4 | The Contest Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. |
| 6. | ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS The list of winners will be announced on 3 August 2023 via Cosway’s website at cosway.com.my and Cosway’s social media platforms on Facebook and Instagram. |
