Leap2Max Campaign (15 Feb – 15 May 2023)

Terms and Conditions:

1.	CAMPAIGN PERIOD This campaign period is from 15 February 2023 to 15 May 2023.
2.	APPLICANT
2.1	Applicants for membership must be 18 years and above, citizens or permanent residents of Malaysia, and must not be an undischarged bankrupt.
2.2	If an applicant has an immediate family member(s) who is (are) an existing COSWAY member(s), the applicant shall be sponsored by an immediate family member. Immediate family members are defined as spouse, parents, brothers, sisters and children.
3	NEW MEMBERS
3.1	Bonus earnings from 15 February 2023 to 15 June 2023.
3.2	Newly joined members need to make a minimum purchase with 100SV from Leap2Max Sets (set code S6200 and S6201) within 30 days from joining date to qualify for the Leap2Max Campaign; newly joined members are not allowed to join the campaign even though he/she makes a minimum purchase with 100SV after 30 days of joining.
3.3	Newly joined members can purchase Leap2Max Sets as a requirement to join as a member for FREE.
4	EXISTING MEMBERS
4.1	Bonus earnings from 15 February 2023 to 15 June 2023.
4.2	A sponsor recruits new members to join and if new members purchase the Leap2Max Sets within 30 days of joining, the sponsor will earn extra bonuses.
4.3	Sponsors will need to purchase at least one 100SV set from Leap2Max Sets (one-time only) to be eligible to join the Leap2Max Campaign within 30 days from the campaign’s starting date, i.e. 15 February – 31 March 2023; purchases made after 31 March 2023 are not eligible for extra bonuses earnings from this campaign.
4.4	Leap2Max Sets only serve as a qualifying requirement of the campaign for existing members. Their sponsors will not earn Leap2Max Direct Bonus. Qualifying sets for existing member are excluded from the calculation for Booster Programme in 5.3 below.
5	EXTRA BONUS EARNINGS
5.1	Sponsors can earn up to RM750 Direct Bonus from newly joined members. I. It is based on new members who purchase Leap2Max Sets (30 days from joining date). II. Sponsors can earn an RM75.00 Direct Bonus from each Leap2Max Set (100SV). III. Sponsors can earn up to RM750.00 Direct Bonus from the same downline, with the total capped at 1000SV. IV. Extra bonus earnings are only valid with purchase made from Leap2Max Sets (30 days from joining date). Sets purchases after this will not be awarded extra bonuses.
5.2	Early Bird Special (15 February - 14 March 2023): Sponsors will get RM1,000.00 e-voucher if a member has successfully accumulated 1000SV within 30 days from joining date. Sponsors will get RM500.00 e-voucher if a member has successfully accumulated 1000SV within 30 days from joining date after Early Bird Special. a. Each e-voucher is in a denomination of RM100 and each e-voucher is to be used with RM200 spent on product categories N & T only. No SV, GV, eRC and Bpoint earnings will be awarded. Multiple vouchers are allowed. b. E-voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
5.3	Booster Programme
	a. Calculation of free products in the booster programme is based on purchase made and after the cooling off period of 10 days. b. Sponsors are entitled to 2 units of D'Trimm Jelly (34310) AND/ OR LU-MUNE CHA (36274) with any 10 sets of S6200/ S6201 purchased by all downlines. c. Sponsors are entitled to 4 units of D'Trimm Jelly (34310) AND/ OR LU-MUNE CHA (36274) with any 15 sets of S6200/ S6201 purchased by all downlines. d. If the existing member has just purchased the qualifying set from 17 Apr 2023 onwards, the 10/ 15 sets purchased from the downlines before the qualifying date will not be entitled to Booster Programme.
6	GENERAL
6.1	No returns/refunds for items bought under this campaign will be given, except for products found to be defective, in which case a replacement of the same product or product with similar value will be given.
6.2	Exchange of products is allowed, if they fall under the same product category (N and T).
6.3	COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to incorporate, delete and / or amend these Terms and Conditions at any point of time. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will supersede the existing Terms and Conditions with immediate effect.
6.4	By participating in this Campaign, Members agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein along with the Policies and Procedures of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD.
6.5	The campaign’s Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
