43rd Anniversary x Malaysia Day Snap & Win Contest (16 – 23 Sep 2022)

TERMS AND CONDITION

1. ORGANISER AND ELIGIBILITY
. The Snap & Win Contest (“Contest”) is organised by COSWAY (M) SDN BHD and is open to all Cosway Members and Non-Members, eCosway IBOs and VIP Shoppers with a valid membership residing in Malaysia and Singapore aged 18 and above, except all employees of Cosway, their affiliates and/or their related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
  The Contest commences from 16 September 2022 to 23 September 2022 (“Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.

 


 

1. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
  The list of winners will be announced on 4th October 2022 via Cosway’s website at cosway.com.my and Cosway’s social media platforms on Facebook and Instagram.
2. PRIZES
  The list of prizes is as follows:
• 1 set hamper x 3 winners
• RM43 e-voucher (with minimum spend of RM100) x 40 winners
 
2.1 Members are eligible to win only One (1) prize throughout the Contest Period.
2.2 The winner will be notified via DM on Facebook/Instagram within 14 days of the winner announcement date.
2.3 Winners will need to follow the instructions in the DM in order to collect or redeem their prize. Winners are required to answer a simple question and sign the letter of acknowledgement when claiming the prize.
2.4 All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses incurred when participating in the Contest and to redeem the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
2.5 COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to change the announcement date of winners at its absolute discretion. All winners shall claim their prizes within the period determined by COSWAY (M) SDN BHD upon the announcement of winners. Should the winner fail to claim the prize within the stipulated time of NIGHTY (90) days, COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to forfeit the prize or award the prize to another participant or winner.
2.6 COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value without any prior notice.
2.7 The decision of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD on all matters related to this Contest shall be final and binding. No correspondences, queries or appeals in respect of any decision of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD will be entertained.
2.8 COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to reject entries which are incomplete, illegible, disfigured, submitted after the deadline.
3. GENERAL
 
3.1 COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will supersede the existing Terms and Conditions with immediate effect.
3.2 By participating in this Contest, Winners agree to allow Cosway and its subsidiaries alike to use their image(s) for marketing purpose
3.3 By participating in this Contest, Winners agree to be bound by the Contest Terms and Conditions and the decisions of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD.
3.4 The Contest Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

 
  RM43 e-Voucher Utilisation Terms & Conditions
1) Valid until 31 December 2022
2) For both in-store and online store purchases.
3) e-Voucher Product Type [M] and Product Code [DV-043M100].
4) eVoucher value – RM43.00 with minimum purchase of RM100.00 is required.
5) Applicable for price type N &T only.
6) NOT entitle for any earning of SV , GV , eV , eRC , BPoint and etc.
7) Cannot be used with other promotional including extra eRC, Instant Rebate and e-Voucher.
8) This e-voucher is considered void once utilized.
9) No cancellation is allowed.
10) Only can be exchanged with same or greater value product.
