Cosway Reimagined 2025 Giveaway - Nn Gutt Feelin'

Contest Terms and Conditions:
| 1. | ORGANISER AND ELIGIBILITY “The Giveaway”, known as “Pre Event Giveaway”, is organised by COSWAY (M) SDN BHD and is open to all Cosway members and non-members, eCosway IBOs and VIP Shoppers with a valid membership residing in Malaysia aged 18 and above, except for all employees of Cosway, their affiliates and/or their related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families. |
| 2. | CONTEST PERIOD The Giveaway commences from 04 September 2025 to 09 September 2025, herein referred to as the “Giveaway Period”. Entries received after the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified. |

| 4. | WINNER SELECTION |
| 4.1 | Ten (10) lucky winners will be chosen based on the correct answer posted in the comment section of the contest post randomly using the random generator software. The Organiser's decision is final. |
| 4.2 | A total of ten (10) prizes will be awarded during the Giveaway Period. |
| 5 | PRIZE |
| 5.1 |
One (1) set of Ecomax bundle will be awarded to each of the ten (10) winners. Bundle inclusive of: |
| 5.2 | Winner must REDEEM the prize IN PERSON at the Cosway Reimagined event located at Main Atrium Lalaport Bukit Bintang City Centre from 26–28 September 2025. |
| 6 | WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT |
| 6.1 | The list of winners will be announced on 22 September 2025 via Cosway's social media platform on Facebook and Instagram. |
| 6.2 | Winners are required to send a direct message (DM) with their full name, contact number, residential address, and email address to Cosway Malaysia's Facebook/Instagram by 24th September. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted. |
| 6.3 | Winners will be contacted via direct message (DM). The Organiser will not be held liable if prize fulfilments are not completed due to incorrect contact details provided by the participant. |
| 6.4 | COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to change the announcement date of winners at its absolute discretion. All winners shall claim their prizes within the period determined by COSWAY (M) SDN BHD upon the announcement of winners. Should the winner fail to claim the prize within the indicated period, COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to forfeit the prize or award the prize to another participant or winner. |
| 6.5 | COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value without any prior notice. |
| 6.6 | The decision of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD on all matters related to The Giveaway shall be final and binding. No correspondence, queries or appeals in respect of any decision of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD will be entertained. |
| 6.7 | COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, illegible, disfigured or submitted after the deadline of Contest Period. |
| 7 | GENERAL |
| 7.1 | COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will supersede the existing Terms and Conditions with immediate effect. |
| 7.2 | By participating in The Giveaway, winners agree to allow Cosway and its subsidiaries to use their image(s) for marketing purposes. |
| 7.3 | By participating in The Giveaway, winners agree to be bound by the Contest Terms and Conditions and the decisions of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD. |
| 7.4 | The Giveaway Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. |
