Contest Terms and Conditions:
| 1. | ORGANISER AND ELIGIBILITY The Shop & Win Contest (“Contest”) is organised by COSWAY (M) SDN BHD and is open to all Cosway Members, eCosway IBOs and VIP Shoppers with a valid membership, residing in Malaysia, aged 18 and above, except all employees of Cosway, their affiliates and/or their related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families. |

| 2. | CONTEST PERIOD The Contest runs from 1 August 2025 to 27 September 2025 (“Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified. |

| 3. | QUALIFYING CRITERIAS AND SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES 3.1 To participate in this Contest, the Member must make a nett minimum spend of RM199.00 / and above in a single receipt at any Cosway store or its online mall at https://shop.cosway.com.my/. “Nett purchase” shall mean the final invoice amount after deducting any discounts or cash vouchers issued by Cosway (M) Sdn Bhd. |

| 3.2 Qualification for entries is automated by our Point of Sale system upon meeting the nett minimum purchase of RM199.00 and above in a single receipt. | ||||||||||||||||
| 3.3 Every RM199 spent in a single receipt between 1 August and 27 September 2025 qualifies for ONE (1) entry. | ||||||||||||||||
| 3.4 Not applicable for purchases made from FIUU Services, warehouse clearance items and The Great Redemption Programme. | ||||||||||||||||
| 3.5 Purchases made that are later returned, either entirely or partially, during this Contest Period will be automatically disqualified. | ||||||||||||||||
| 4. | ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS The list of winners will be drawn and announced on 27 September 2025 at LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre, during the Cosway Reimagined event. |

PRIZES
Note: The above prizes are exclusive to Members, IBOs and VIP Shoppers residing in Malaysia. |

| 5.1 | Each Member is eligible to win only ONE (1) prize in the Contest draw. | |||||||||||||||
| 5.2 | Members are required to be present at the Cosway Reimagined event on 27 September 2025 at LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre to collect their lucky draw number at the Ticket Counter. After collecting the lucky draw number, Members will be eligible for a chance to win a prize on the spot. | |||||||||||||||
| 5.2.1 | Members must present the printed receipt or invoice or the e-receipt or e-invoice (for purchases made between 1 August and 27 September 2025) when collecting the lucky draw number on 27 September 2025. Without proof of purchase, Members will not be eligible to obtain a lucky draw number. | |||||||||||||||
| 5.2.2 | ONE (1) winner is eligible to win ONE (1) prize. | |||||||||||||||
| 5.3 | All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other incidental costs, fees and/or related expenses incurred in claiming the prizes or attending the ceremony in 5.2 above shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. | |||||||||||||||
| 5.4 | COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to change or defer the announcement date of winners at its absolute discretion. All winners shall claim their prizes within the period determined by COSWAY (M) SDN BHD upon the announcement of winners. Should any winner fail to claim the prize within NINETY (90) days after the announcement, COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to forfeit the prize and award it to another participant or winner. | |||||||||||||||
| 5.5 | COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value without any prior notice. | |||||||||||||||
| 5.6 | The decision of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD on all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding. No correspondences, queries or appeals in respect of any decision of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD will be entertained. | |||||||||||||||
| 6 | GENERAL 6.1 COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will supersede the previous Terms and Conditions with immediate effect. |

| 6.2 | By participating in this Contest, Members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by all decisions made by COSWAY (M) SDN BHD. | |||||||||||||||
| 6.3 | These Contest Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. |
