Terms and Conditions:
| 1. | ORGANISER AND ELIGIBILITY The 龙众爽（龙众欢喜）LONG ZONG SONG (“Contest”) is organised by COSWAY (M) SDN BHD and is open to all Cosway Members, eCosway IBOs and VIP Shoppers with a valid membership residing in Malaysia and Singapore, aged 18 and above. This excludes all employees of Cosway, their affiliates and/or their related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers and members of their immediate families. |
| 2. | CONTEST PERIOD The Contest commences on 15 January and ends on 29 February 2024 (“Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified. |
| 3. | QUALIFYING CRITERIAS AND SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES |
| 3.1 | To participate in this Contest, the Member must make a nett minimum spend of RM288.00 / SGD88.00 and above in a single receipt. This includes any purchase of: Healthcare: Hibernite/ LU-MUNE CHA/ Gutt Feelin'/ Urikristal/ D'trimm Jelly/ Welldermax/ Smart Fitness/ Smart Fitness X Skincare: Advanced Caviar & Sea Fennel Face Oil Capsules/ Hydra Glow CNY Festive: Abalone in Brine & Braised Abalone/ Top Shell Slices in Abalone Sauce/ STH Fish Maw/ Premium Golden Bird's Nest with Rock Sugar Home & Living: Color King Deli Stock Pot/ Dual Chamber Spin Mop/ Aspen Home Waterproof Mattress Protector/ Aspen Home Luxurious Dream Premium Mattress/ Aspen Home Mattress/ Water Filtration System 2/ 8-Stage Water Purifier at any Cosway store or its online mall at https://shop.cosway.com.my/. Nett purchase shall mean the final invoice amount after deducting any discount or cash vouchers issued by Cosway (M) Sdn Bhd. |
| 3.2 | Qualification for entries is automated by our Point of Sale system upon meeting the nett minimum purchase requirement as stated in 3.1. |
| 3.3 | Purchases on U Mobile Card, any Razer Services, warehouse clearance items and The Great Redemption Programme items are not applicable. |
| 3.4 | Each member ID is limited to 10 entries during the campaign period. |
| 3.5 | Purchases made that are later returned, either entirely or partially, during this campaign period will be automatically disqualified from the contest. |
| 4. | ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS The list of winners will be announced in March 2024 via Cosway’s website at www.cosway.com.my and Cosway’s social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram and WeChat. |
| 5. | PRIZES A total of 368 prizes worth over RM68,888.00 is available to be won: 1st Prize: Diamond Necklace – 1 prize 2nd Prize: Diamond Necklace – 1 prize 3rd Prize: Diamond Earrings – 1 prize 4th Prize: Hexagon 8-Stage Water Purifier – 5 prizes 5th Prize: Aspen Home Talalay Latex Pillow – 6 prizes 6th Prize: Aspen Thermal Lunch Jar 2L – 8 prizes Consolations: Cosway Gift Card worth RM150 – 118 prizes Cosway Gift Card worth RM100 – 228 prizes |
| 5.1 | Each Member is eligible to win only One (1) prize in the Contest draw. |
| 5.2 | Winners will be notified exclusively through SMS and email using the valid and current contact information registered in our system. |
| 5.3 | COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to change or defer the announcement date of winners at its absolute discretion. All winners shall claim their prizes within the period determined by COSWAY (M) SDN BHD upon the announcement of winners. Should any winner fail to claim the prize NINETY (90) days after the announcement, COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to forfeit the prize and award the prize to another participant or winner. |
| 5.4 | COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value without any prior notice. |
| 5.5 | The decision of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD on all matters related to this Contest shall be final and binding. No correspondences, queries or appeals in respect of any decision of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD will be entertained. |
| 6. | GENERAL |
| 6.1 | COSWAY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to omit, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will supersede the previous Terms and Conditions with immediate effect. |
| 6.2 | By participating in this Contest, Members agree to be bound by the Contest Terms and Conditions and the decisions of COSWAY (M) SDN BHD. |
| 6.3 | The Contest Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. |
