Marinade ingredients:

•
 1/3 cup soy sauce
•
 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
•
 1/3 cup water
•
 4 tablespoons cane sugar

1.
 Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
2.
 Mix together the marinade ingredients.
3.
 Marinate the chicken for 4 hours.
4.
 Stir-fry the chicken.
5.
 Add NQ Shiitake Mushroom Sauce and stir-fry together with the chicken.
6.
 Simmer, uncovered, on low heat for 15 minutes, add water if needed.
7.
 Serve while it is hot over steamed rice.
