Once the base colour is completely dry,apply a thin layer of Crackle
Nail Lacquer. Crackle Nail Lacquer will only form crack patterns when

3: Finish with a Hi-Gloss Coat for Longer Lasting Effects
Seal the colours with Hi-Gloss Top Coat after the crackle polish has
