How to Get Started Fill in a Membership Application Form and pass the form together with a joining fee of RM 60 to your introducer, or submit the form and joining fee directly to a COSWAY Sales Centre nearest to you. Retain the Official Receipt which will be issued to you and note your membership number. With this number, you can get started immediately and go for your first sales or recruitment! Your COSWAY Membership Card will be mailed to you within a month of your application.

How to Purchase Goods
Once you have your membership number, you can start purchasing goods from any COSWAY Sales Centre. You do not have to wait until you receive your Membership Card. Make sure that you insist on an invoice whenever you transact with any COSWAY Sales Centre. The invoice is the only recognised company document for processing returns and for checking any discrepancies in your Bonus Statement.

Redemption Point (RP)
For new member registration, 30 RPs will be awarded for each new member account registered. As for membership renewals, 20 RPs will be awarded per account renewed. From shopping with Cosway, 1 RP will be awarded for every RM50 nett invoice value.

As long as your membership is valid, you can use all your available RP. However, if you do not renew and your membership expires, you can still use your RP for three months after your membership expired but NO RP will be given to you when you make purchases during this period.

EXAMPLE : Purchase of N or T Products with Redemption Point (RP)
Product with retail price above RM40 / $25
For 1 product	Use 2 RPs	For 1 product	Use 1 RP
For 2 products	Use 3 RPs	For any 2 products (with retail price of RM10 / $5 or below per prodcut)

•	RPs cannot be used for discounts on P, S, R, H & M category products.

Redemption Coupons This is yet another unique COSWAY feature that has benefited members tremendously. Every RM30 purchase of COSWAY products entitles you to 1 RC. You will also receive extra RCs for your monthly total COSWAY product sales.
